Prepaid services must be redeemed within six months of purchase. Standard scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling policies continue to apply.

No. Purchasing a treatment or service does not automatically schedule an appointment. Appointments may be scheduled separately based on availability, treatment candidacy, and provider recommendations.

You can still place your order during Gratitude Savings Week to secure the event pricing. If an item is backordered, our team will notify you and contact you when it is available for pickup.

Skincare orders are prepared by the location selected during checkout. Please wait until you receive a Ready for Pickup notification before visiting the office to collect your order.

At Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona we stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most-effective skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 14 days of purchase on products.
Products are eligible for a refund if they did not meet your expectations or if you have had an adverse skin reaction. We do reserve the right to ask you to speak with a provider or aesthetician about any reactions that you may be having. Any refunds that you may be eligible for will be mailed to your address on file within one month of the return.
